gauge cluster

hi i have an 03 gmc duramax and my gauge cluster went off on me well driving today and then restarted itself. does this mean my gauge cluster is going out on me? also was wondering if anyone had a video clip of their lb7 at idle like inside the cab as i have a like tick noise and i was wondering if it was a normal sound the duramax makes. thanks for any help guys.

Just sent my cluster to Gauge Pegged - 2003-2006 GM Instrument Cluster Repair $50 and it works great now. I have seen other posts on here where guys have changed their stepp motors. I also had the powersupply rebuilt and all of the bulbs changed. $110
