Fuel pressure relief valve.. Where is it?

I have a fuelling problem with my truck. It has been suggested that its could be the FPRV. My question is where is it at? I have searched and found valves for the 04.5 and up but nothing for the LB7. Also searches come up for fuel pressure regulator more than anything. So any help with service ability or locating would be appreciated!

It pulls good till about 2500 RPM and then will slowly pull on up to 3000 RPM.
While at the 3000 mark it just kinda hangs there. The truck is gaining speed and stuff but just doesen't feelliike it has the grunt it needs to. Fuel filter has been changed along with all other fluids.

I recntly went on a trip towing about 11,000 pounds or so and this truck strugled with it.

This website will not let me post a link. It is deleting the words from the link.

http://www.diesel bombers.com/chevro...-lb7-fprv.html

Click the link and after it opens go into your browser bar and edit the link diesel bombers by removing the space junk between diesel and bombers making those two words all one word with nothing in between. Then hit enter.
