Ne emissions down pipe question

Alrighy guys I'm putting the Trans in my truck next weekend and I figured why not replace the down pipe with a 3". My question is my truck has north east emissions on it so it has the egr. But it's not Cali emissions so I'm confused on if a normal downpipe will fit my truck. Talking to Rick from profab he said some lb7's had different turbos. So does anyone know if my turbo is the same as a non emission lb7 or what? Just worried about fitment issues. I know I do not have an egr on the dp
