If you mean loping.. Thats usually too much fuel. Caused by a leaky injector. I was hoping you would say that it only smokes when cold and lopes while warming up. That would probably just be a failing FPR or tuning issue. Just was looking to give you a little ray of sunshine but you blew that when you said it smokes when warmed up... Sorry!

Hey you tried so thank you ya when you would think it would do it when its cold but soon as I get to around 140 temp its like a train and as soon as I saw that I parked it

Just out of curiosity what's the FPR. I started it back up and yes I get smoke when cold not to blue though, I'm also removing the chip completly

FPR is the fuel pressure regulator. Its on the CP3 (High pressure pump) in the valley of the engine. You can see it down in there if you look between the Alternator and thermostat cover. Its the only part dow there with a 2 wire harness connected to it.

I have fresh injectors and the truck stinks like fuel when cold, when its night I can shine a light through the exhaust gas and see haze... You think the FPR is failing?

Well changed the oil and towed my dads 38 ft fifth wheel the other day and it towed great no problems lots of power and while towing no smoke only at idle lol wtf also my truck is loping like it has a lope tune .......

Ugh I've got no idea ill get white smoke when its cold that and its 10 degrees outside! And my truck just started acting up after an oil change and fuel filter

If your truck lopes Hard when idling it's more than likely a failing FPR. The best way to test this is 1st watching the rail pressure's actual vs. desired on a Tech2, EDGE CTS or EFI Live. The 2nd way if you dont have a way to check your rail pressure is by unplugging the FPR wires when its loping and see if it changes at all. If not its a bad FPR. When the FPR fails the Fuel pressure goes to 100%
