| When I did mine I just removed the 5 fasteners holding the fan/clutch completely. Gotta have small fingers but makes a lot more room. Don't forget to unplug the wire that goes through there though Sent from my iPhone using Autoguide.com Free App

| You can take the crank bolt out with a breaker bar wedged against the p/s gear box and use the starter to bump it loose, not for the faint of heart but it works well. just be sure and put a piece of cardboard on radiator in case it flips off. other option is raise the radiator high enough and put a block under it to get an impact under it...dont need to take lines off

| Well I was busy for a few days but I got back to the garage last night ans finaly got the water pump off. I had to remove the power steering pump to do so, but hey its off. God I love the 7.3 porerstroke more every time I have to work on a chevy or a dodge, they are simple and things are in the correct place on them such as the waterpump! |
