Just changed the fuel filter been trying to get the truck to prime. I've been pushing the primer pump and i'm not getting any fuel,I'm getting some air out but no fuel. I took off the filter and pushed on the primer pump and no fuel came out.

Did the O-ring stay in the right spot. Usually my o-ring wants to pop out. Maybe your did and you didnt notice? And now its not seated all the way?

Or sometimes it takes a while to get fuel out.

O-ring is in correctly, water drain is in and tight. Been pumping for hours and no fuel it is sitting uphill in driveway, could that be why

Can I run a vacuum bleeder to the bleeder screw and pull the air out that way? Forgot over 1/4 tank of fuel.

If its a steep hill with only 1/4 tank it could be that. I would say try moving it to level ground but I'd hate for it to be stuck at the bottom of the driveway.

Maybe put more fuel in the tank?

Also, did you put any fuel in the fuel filter before you put it on, or did you install it empty then start pumping the primer?

Like stated above try filling the filter with fuel then starting. You might get lucky that way

You filled it full to the top? It still sounds like you are getting air through somewhere, such as the hill issue. If the fuel is at the back of the tank the pickup will just suck air and you will just suck air through the system. I would try it on level ground, but irk how steep this hill is?
