2002 Lb7 white smoke on start

Hi everyone I am new to this forum as of yesterday and new to my duramax just three weeks ago. I recently started getting a white smoke coming out on the start up but will go away shortly after, no white smoke at idle. If i rev up in park there will be some black smoke on stock setting. i do have efi live, i have read it could be glow plugs not getting hot enough at start, and the worst as always the injectors but i have good power and no white smoke at idle. let me know what you guys think i need some help here. going to school soon and need to figure this out

We need more info on the truck. Fill out your signature. Also what was the ambient temp when you encounterd this?

temp has been 45 to 50 degrees during these starts, does it have something to with too much air not enough air? vise versa any ways let me know what your inputs are

Its something to do with one cylinder is cooler than the others after starting or something along that nature.Something with glow plugs I believe. Mine does this very very rarely. I am sure others will chime in.

I read about this once but those brain cells have since died.

Mine will do it every now and again but only does it for maybe a miniute. Only does it when its around 40 or below.

ok its warmer here today im going to go start it up here in a little bit and let you know if it still does it
