| Replaced ficm...truck wont start! Hey there I replaced my FICM yesterday and when I went to start my truck she ran for about 10 seconds then, she died and still wont start. I put my old FICM back in and still wont start I am highly confused. Any sugestions would be amazing thanks!! |

| What year do you have-?? If a LLY-- be sure to check this--!---- At the side of the alternator, the FICM harness tied down with a Zip tie. Cut the tie and pull the wires from the harness and inspect for cuts and wear. The sharp corner of the FICM bracket where it is tied down to, cuts into the wires. Repair and insulate the harness with a short piece of heater hose.

| I have a 02 LB7...I did prime and cracked the bleeder the fuel was foamy almost looked like soda fizz |

| The fuel runs through the FICM to cool it. On the fuel filter housing, there is a small can like button-- that is the fuel primer pump. Next to the primer, there is a plastic screw. Open the screw and pump the primer pump until fuel comes out. Close the screw [careful;-plastic] and pump the primer until it gets firm. Crank the engine a couple times, and pump the primer again until firm. it should start not.
