If you port/polish the IHI with the stock comp wheel they have a different sound to them. They're louder and deeper when accelerating, it sounds really good. I was happy with the one I did; when it lights she takes off too. Plus it gained 30hp more with just the stock wheel.

That is stand alone controller that fleece used to make but doesnt anymore due to low sales. you could maybe find used one on fourms but be pretty tough to find and need few other things to make it all work like vane sensor and such which is pretty expensive all said and done. i think VVT is alot more headaches than its worth. most guys that go for aftermarket turbo go with fixed vane turbo for reliability.

Garrett PowerMax GT3788R Ball Bearing Turbo Kit. Would this produce the sound and stuff im looking for because it is a ball bearing? Bare with me here i have no idea about turbos haha

It's ball bearing so it should. You could pay a little more and get one of Danville's 2.5 or 2.6 turbo's that they make.
