Alright so injectors for sure.. i was hoping someone might have thought my fuel regulator i have put in was defective. maybe a week later I noticed it smoking alot after replacing it.

im doing my lb7 injectors right now too.. but mine hung up wide open..''foggin white smoke''...i dont know what u found for prices, but if yur getting stock ones i just checked with pensacola diesel and they hav a set of 8 injectors, all the seals, clips, and glow plugs for what i thought was a pretty cheap price... they ae bosch reman injectors..

I hope you didn't order them yet, Pensacola sells them cheap but they are horrible, they will not warranty them even though tr promise to do so, I have heard nothing but horror stories, so I would not order from them. It's best to spend a little more and get it right the first time. Go with Lincoln diesel services you won't be disappointed.

ya dont buy from them. Chit injectors! Theres a reason theyre so cheap

thats pretty much what mine was doing when the injecotrs took a crap on me . I have also heard nothing good about pensacola . id go with someone more reputable the vendors on here are pretyy good these dudes dont take no crap and you would know it if a vendor was crap .

Who sells a good injector? Do I go with OEM spec injectors or spent a little more and find something that will provide a better A/F mix for an engine with very minor mods(exhaust, intake and EFI from Duramax tuner).

If you are looking for economy and aren't planning on extensive mods, I would just get reman bosch's from Lincoln diesel, I have dealt with them, for other things and have been very pleased, they will stand behind their injectors, that's my .02

What do you consider to be "extensive mods"? It has a 5"-5-1/2" exhaust, bully dog intake and EFI live. While it would be fun, I don't see me doing much more than this. Maybe a better turbo when this one decides to go. Fwiw- The truck is a 6-speed.

now that i think about it 2 of my buddies ordered injectors for theyre cummaparts from pensicola and they both had problems with them within 2 months of install.. and i havent ordered up any injectors yet, i want 15% or 25% and i was going to order them from dirty hooker diesel here in michigan, but he seems pricy, wondering if u guys hav a ball park range on some prices for me (rough estimate)
