2002 lb7 starting issues

This truck runs good except for when it doesnt start in colder weather all summer its fine . Sometimes it just wont start in the morning and once it does its fine the rest of the day. I have put several new fuel filters on it so think thats good water sensor delete has been to dealer and they can't find anything wrong they said all injectors are good regulator is working fine but im thinking whatever is acting up is only when it wont start so if its running there not gonna find it. Any help would be great. Thanks.
