Fuel Question

I filled my truck up friday evening at a "Discount Fuel" station. On the way home I noticed that sometimes I could put the pedal to about half throttle and the truck did nothing then would take off, like it had no throttle responce. I set the cruise control and the RPM's didn't fluctuate but I could hear the engine idling up and down. Was wondering if this could be from Sh*tty fuel???

could be bad fuel. How long has it been since you changed your fuel filter? I would start there. I would also take that fuel in the filter and put it in a jar to see what kind of crap is in it and how much water there is. If there is a lot, I would go back to that station and complain with the jar to show them.
