ATS or Suncoast

Anyone had problems with either of these tranmissions in any form? I'm getting ready to add much more power and my first purchase will need to be a new trans.

I haven't read of any problems...I would just go with the one that is easiest for you to get. A good majority of people use the suncoast though. I guess it depends on if you are going to install it yourself or just have someone else install it.

Both Suncoast & ATS are good transmissions. I went with SC myself.

As a dealer for both, I would reccomend Suncoast first, ATS second. I think Suncoast will be a tiny bit better on price, too.

I have a Suncoast, been in ATS trucks. Trucks equipped with a co-pilot still shift like stock all the time on the street word to the wise.
