Is 5 " too much exhaust

I just bought my 03 lb7 2500. Lifted it with 36" tires put the cold air intake, edge with juice chip and 5 " exhaust. The exhaust was a mistake by dealer, but not fixable. The truck seems to have an extreme amount of power. & pleanty of black smoke ( which i know is unburnt fuel). But now ive got a check engine light ? code P0380 which is a glow plug/heater fault. I was concerned that the 5 " was not enough back pressure. Is this possible and could my code be related. Any ideas

i run a 5" on my 06 LBZ,and also your turbo creates all the back pressure it needs to run...like it was stated above the CEL code is not related to the exhaust..
