P0067 and p1094 codes together

Hello everyone I have a 2003 stock lb7 after a couple of hours of driving on the freeway I get off at a rest stop. leave the truck idling in parking lot go to bathroom come back and soon as i go to take off the engine light comes and i get two codes P0067 and P1094. I clear the codes and everything fine again until the next stop. it seems after 15 to 20 minutes of idling after freeway driving the light comes on. Any suggestions, advice, comments out there ?
