mine has 227,000 on it and has been great truck i have replaced the injectors 2x put a injector pump all under warrenty. but other than that no motor prolbems but it has had a hard life being pulled almost everyday. my dad has an lly he babies with 38,000 miles on it and it runs hot under a load. so my vote is for the lb7

i love mine, ive got 93,000 on mine and it runs great, no injectors yet, but i think they are comming soon. these things have great power and good mileage. i hope mine goes for another 200,000.

I just hit 205k on mine runs great injector suck i had to change mine twice now but other than that love it

love my truck 139000 miles and only 4 new starters.NO INJECTOR PROBLEMS YET (KNOCK ON WOOD) chevron diesel and lucas oil stabilizer every oil change. I change the fuel filter every other oil change great power.

I love my LB7 almost 200,000 miles and running strong. Good mileage and plenty of power.
