ok, Ive been on the site for almost a year now. And Ive noticed alot of people talk down on the LB7. I think the LB7 is a great motor, other than injectors. My LB7 has 127,000miles, with original injectors. And it makes great power, so I like it. Our company service truck has a LLY Dmax, we've replaced the injectors 3 times, and its overheated once. Nothin against LLY guys but I like the LB7 better than the LLY. LBZ is just awesome, nothin bad to say to that!

My LB7 is at 190,000 and I had the injectors done at 108,000. I have two more that need to be replaced again but the diagnostic isn't quite severe enough to appease the dealer to replace under warranty. I have to drive it for the next 9,500 miles hoping that it starts to run bad enough to get the warranty to cover before 200,000 so I don't have to shell out an additional $3,500 to make my truck run normal again. Other than this one fault and a recent issue I'm about to make a thread about, I love my truck!

Mine has 166k on it, injectors replaced at 85K, and I'm in the process of doing them again, on my dime. I love my truck, and wouldn't want to trade it for anything.
