I dont know if this could help you. But when I did my tranny I had a c stuck fault code and it was the internal wiring harness. The best thing to do is unplug the harness on the back of the tranny and ohm test between the points.

I had the same problem with my ATS install, my harness wasnt completely fully plugged in due to the fact that when I pushed my co pilot plug on to the back of the trans it unseated my through trans plug, and pushed it slightly back into the case. check that, but DON"T pull that pan unless you are ASE certified. all of that is covered in the paperwork that came with your trans. hope that helps
