cylinder pressure check

how do i go about testing each cylinder for pressure loss if a cup might have pulled? so i know which one needs to be changed

2002 chevy 2500hd crewcab long box
six inch lift, w/ 35's, edge juice cs w/ EFI
4" MBRP turbo back, S&B intake, BD manifold
Fass Fuel Pump, ARP studs grade C gaskets
ranch hand bumpers and headache rack built by me and line x
recon smoked cab lights, tow mirrors
Cognito pitman, idler supports, HD tie rods, and spicer Pitman/idler arms

You need to get a compression tester that is made for a diesel. You then remove the glow plug from each cylinder and insert the tester in there. IIRC they should be around 400.
