'01 Duramax Fuel Pump?

Does the '01 Duramax have a inline puel pump or an intank fuel pump? Second question, where is the fuel pump located? I have looked all over forums and other websites, but still haven't been able to find where it is.

I took the truck to Autozone to get it checked by a computer, and the code it came up with was P0089 and P0090, what would cause that, and how can fix it?

There is no lift pump on the Duramax. The CP3 Injection Pump does all of the work from pulling thew fuel from the tank, to pressurizing the fuel rail. The P0089 and P0090 are both fuel rail pressure codes

Thanks for the reply.

One more question, does the 01 Duramax have a fuel control actuator? If so, where is that located?
