wiring diagram for IGN harness, starter/fuel relay
We have a 2004 C4500 with the 6.6 duramax deisel for towing our shop cars. We had a remote alarm/fuel shut-off installed by a shop, and they messed it up. The truck cranks, but wont start and the fuel pump is not turning on.
Unfortunatly with the alarm installed there are a hundread possibilities it could be. I doubt all data or anyone could help you. Did you do the normals? Check the fuses etc.?
If you have a 4500 Kodiak I doubt they even sell a alarm for that truck. Chances are the alarm itself could be giving you problems. Id try to remove it and take the truck back to stock and try from there.

It sounds like they wired up a relay to the fuel pump and it's not working
