LB7 Rear Main Seal how to?

Was curious as to what all is involved in changing the rear main seal in our trucks. The reason I ask is mine is leaking(not terribly just a drip or two) and soon I will have my trans out. So who's done one and how hard is it?

Just had mine replaced about a year ago. I've worked on cars/trucks for a long time(rebuilt engines etc..) I decided to have a reputable diesel shop do mine for me after seeing what was involved and how much I would have to put out in additional tools it was a no brainer to have someone else do it who could warranty it. The tool from Kent-Moore alone to install the new seal is +/- $450. I decided for $1000 it was worth it. The shop that did mine gave me all of the old parts back including the flywheel bolts that couldnt be re-used. Those things are MASSIVE and after seeing them I know that would have been another tool I had to buy to get those beasts out.
