Any advice on my situation? should I pour diesel in the case and take it in? It just seems redicoulus that they know there is an issue with the injectors but its not the issue they like to see so they wont do anything?

What about the injectors is failing?

I did a search... maybe not enough as I found nothing, but I was wondering what about these injectors is failing with use? I don't have a Dmax, yet, looking at an 03. The only diesel I have is my VW TDI and having pulled the injectors and changed the nozzles to larger tips... I can't see how if anything wore out... the fuel would leak out. I have never seen the injectors on a LB7 motor so I have no idea what they look like or how they work. If there is a post detailing this.... please let me know.

Thanks

The injector bodies crack and the ball seat's erode. Take your truck to a different dealer if the first dealer isn't working with you. Just putting diesel in the crank case probably wont work. Here are a few links to info on the injectors.
