Vibration 50-60 MPH

I have a vibration I can feel in my steering wheel, and my driver's mirror vibrates to the point I really can't even make out what type of vehicle is there. The vibration only occurs between about 50 and 60 MPH. At 40 it's great, and at 70 it's great. I've had the tires rotated and balanced a couple of times, the driveshafts balanced, and the u-joints checked by the dealership I bought it from a couple of months ago. Any ideas? The dealership says it's just because the tires are bigger and a more aggressive tread. The tires aren't a knobby mud terrain tire. I would call it an aggressive all-terrain or a mild mud and snow tire. They are Chinese knock-off tires. And it just doesn't make sense to me why this only occurs between 50 and 60...

Check the tires after driving on the highway. pull it in real quick and check the balance and especially for out of round. Out of roun creates most problems that balance wont fix. Sometimes a tire's belt will move when its hot but wont show up cold.

You can balance a square but you can't make it roll smooth!!!!!!!!
