Allison transmission

I have a leak where I think is behind the nuetral safety switch.
Does anyone have any idea on what this intails to fix? I heard it wa an o-ring but not sure what I need to do to replace it.

Duramax/Allison
Banks 6 pack w/speedloader
Banks 4" monster exhaust

Can you get a pic of what it is or describe where it is? Most of the plugs or connections going into the trans are plastic so the O ring could be bad or the part could be cracked causing it to leak. Id say find out what part it is and if your going to do it yourself order the part from the dealer so that IF you brake it you wont be stranded witout a vehicle!

Sounds like the shifter shaft seal-- remove the NSBU switch and careful remove the old seal- don't damage the shaft!
