werid tansmission shifts

Hey guys when i put my ppe on level 3 or 4 the transmission between shifts it surges or like hits neutral but this only happens in levels 3 and 4 but in 1 or 2 it shifts fine and doesnt surge or whatever it does. i have reset it for fast learn and i have driven about 1000 miles of in town and out of town. i am begining to wonder if my convertor or tansmission is going out. And which is the weakest link of the 2 when adding power. cause im thinking just about getting a convertor for now till i get more money.

Have you done your fuel filter, and allison spin on filter latley? It could be the motor trying to get more fuel and its not able to cuz of the clogged up filter. Just an idea.

Your fuel filter should at the minimum should be done at least every 10k. Most people do them more often like 5-7k ish. If its been that long or more since you've changed yours then that could very well be the problem.
