Fan pully bearing?????

ok so my fan pully bearing in my truck is going out, its not the fan clutch and not the idler pully. The thing is making a lot of noise anybody raplace one before??? anyone know if u can do it without pullin the radiator???

a fan pulley bearing ???? what is that, its the clutch or water pump,, tensioner and idler have a bearing, alternator and scraem too

i changed my water pump without removing the radiator,just need a clutch fan wrench to remove the fan only a few bolt hold the bearing assembly to the front of the motor

i was under the impression that the water pump on the duramax was gear driven and that there was just a sealed bearing behind the fan assembly

you are correct, i was just relating to a far worse job without removing radiator
