It won't hurt it if you continue to drive in the same manner.

Not much really. After 90Hp you are taking a chance.

Well that depends on how much power you want to hold. A Suncoast stage III or IV kit would be my only two suggestions. The stage III is rated at 500 HP, but i have seen them hold much more. The stage IV (not but $400 more) is rated at 500+ HP.

Some of the vendors on here sell the suncoast kits. That would be a good place to start. You can post in the vendor price request section.
