yep the stock on goes down to 2.430. i am not boring the whole turbo to 2.85 and the end into the turbo to 3.125 to match the turbo, basically match the gasket line.

yep a air die grinder works just fine.

Is it hard to get to, as far as dismantling it?
Or just take intake off, then intake horn and wala?

yep that is it, its hard to get the bottom bolt out, that is the only thing.

i was reading the other forum, and is the gasket reusable?
whats the quickest/cheapest way to get one?
whats the trick to get that bolt?

if the gasket rips, iether use gasket material and cut a new one or just use a little RTV in the place of it (very thin layer). as for the trick to remove the bolts, 10 inch extension and a 10mm swivel socket.
