If you want a full exhaust I can set you up with a 4" straight pipe for well under $300 shipped to your door.

If thats too spendy, then yeah, your best option will be to visit your local big rig shop for some 3.5" flex pipe and clamps.

ya cali trucks do have cats, i was lookin at this one at a dealership 2 weeks ago and it deffinatly had a cat!

wish i could have picked up an exaust that cheap this is your best bet
