last time i tried to call they said to conatact the dealer u bought it from or some crap it wouldnt even let me talk to person do u know if it is still like that?

yea probably ive hated them since they made that change....i would try to trick them either by at first telling them you wanna buy something (that will get you to a rep QUICK) or saying that you bought it from them...apparently you can just tell them you bought it from them and it works
