So does anyone know if a guy needs to get that boost valve separately of this turbo kit or if it comes with the adjuster right on it?

It comes with a BD wastegate that is adjustable.

I'm testing the turbo of Freddy's right now for him, actually just sent it back for a turbine wheel upgrade. The whole kit comes with everything you need and the turbo really screams compared to stock, should only be better the next time around here.
