transgo shift kit

i found the transgo shift kit on ebay for 199.00 so what would be a good guess on what labor would be for it to be installed.
and can any tansmisson shop handle the job or do i need to take to a deisel only shop to do the work

It won't be cheap!! The shop will have to completley pull the transmission from the truck. And you'll pay a LOT of labor for virtually no gain in power handling. It makes much more sense to have them do a performance rebuild while the transmission is out of the truck rather than just a shift kit that really does next to nothing.

Might as well save up and do a full kit because on the 5 speeds you have to pull the whole transmission to installe a transgo kit...
