The H2 wheels are 8 on 6.5" center which I believe (someone will correct me if I'm wrong) has been the 8-lug bolt pattern for GM since they came out with an 8-lug and it is still the same on the '09s.
So, Yes they will fit

I have them on my 04, I had them on a 93 6.2 3500 and they fit fine.

The wheels themselves will bolt up just fine, to any year. The H2 is on the same platform as our trucks are. The original H2 tire size though will require some help in the suspension department.
