Quadzilla Stealth 2 ?'s

I just bought the quadzilla stealth 2 used. It looks like i only remove fuses from under my hood on an 03 lb7 ? i am going to program my truck sometime in the next fex days, so any help is greatly appreciated.

yeah on the lb7's your supposed to take out like 3 fuses...... i dont do ....... its supposed to stop it from freezing up and locking ...... i think the lly's and lbz's have a 2 fuses to take out im not sure tho....

It's 4 fuses you have to take out. I would recommend doing it because it seems like an awful lot of people have problems with the Quad freezing. I always took mine out when loading a tune and never had a problem with it freezing.

i will take them out, the book says they are all in the block under the hood. I just wanted to make sure i dont have to pull any from the interior fuse block

hmmmm mine said only take 3 out of the panel in the cab.......

either way i would take them out. i got a tuner and i locked up my ECM not following the directions and off went the tow bill and the reflash bill which no one ever wants to pay

Yeah you take 4 out of the fuse panel in the engine bay, and it's for LB7's and LLY's, so I'm guessing it's the same fuses for each one. I haven't had mine for a while cuz it's still for sale.

i absolutly agree..... mine was supposedly an updated version that isnt supposed to lock up..... i risk it b/c i only change it maybe once a week.....

i dont plan on changing mine that often. I just bought a car to commtue with, so i will only be driving my truck 2 maybe 3 times a week. If i set it on the max performance mode and allow a several normal drive cycles before railing on it will it help the transmission at all? I wasnt planning on putting any upgrades on till i built my tranny. But i couldnt pass on the deal. Not what im going to keep, but great for the mean time.

No, I wouldn't put it on the highest setting. 135 will definitely limp your trans, especially with those big tires on there. The 90hp setting would be a good place to leave it.
