from what ive heard, the biggest difference between the two is that the quad has more low end power, and the ppe is more high end...i have the ppe and can confirm the ppe high end power..never had the quad, but i love my ppe

I know the quad did wonders for getting the IHI on the lb7 lit fast. My 03 would keep the back tires spinning through 3rd from an unboosted launch.... at least until the converter called it quits.
I want more acceleration and lots of low end torque, I don't need to go really fast i just want to get there quick.. So which would be better for that? And if i had the money ide go efi but is it worth it to spend it to run on a stock tranny?
sounds like the quad is what you are looking for...

I want to thank everyone on the forum for all your help... As for efi should i wait to do it with a tranny or just skip a quad and run efi with stock tranny safe tune?
if you think you will ever want to eventually upgrade the tranny(you will) you should probably just do EFI now....i wish i wuld of
