The lift pump like said above is a good upgrade so then you don't have to worry about running out of fuel. Do the 3" intercooler tube really help I don't know anyone that has one but would like to know if it is a good upgrade.

I am pretty sure the LB7 already has the 3" intercooler piping. The newer engines have the restrictive 2.5". I would go with a lift pump and get the tranny right and then get a max effort EFILive tune once the rest of the truck is ready. You've got most of the small things taken care of. 600rwhp is a pretty high goal. Good Luck!
