Any info on how the 6 gun is for power? Im still undecided on a programmer and I got looking at the 6 gun because is has on the fly selection. Does is blow much smoke? Im still looking into good power and smoke.
I have and 02 LB7. I like that the 6 gun i on the fly select, thats why i was looking into it and on the banks website it says it will add 155hp which is nice but i also want a good amount of smoke. I knew someone that had an LB7 with the 6 gun in it a few years back that smoked a lot, but maybe the newer 6 gun tuners dont as much.
I havent looked into the ATS programmers, but for the same price as the standard xcelrator, 300hp is good. It is pretty much the same as PPE?
exact same tunes even looks exactly the same...just a different label on it...only problem with access to such big tunes is that its hard to resist and anything over the 120 tune you could hurt your trans

I plan on getting different converter and shift kit when i decide on the programmer i want to get but now im looking towards getting the ATS E-Power with the it having more power than the standard PPE at the same price. I love power but i also love the smoke for the assholes that ride your ass, is there a good amount of smoke too?
my buddie has his ppe on the 220 hp and has no problem with his trans. its been in for a long time he and the guy that he got the truck from beat the truck and it is fine
