This might be a dumb question but when you install headstuds can you do them one at a time with out taking head off or do you have to remove head. Thanks for your help

Cool that is what I was hoping to here. Another question I have to replace all of my injectors. What injectors would you recomend. Was thinking about going a little bigger. wha is the pros and cons of going bigger.

i would take a few precautions doing the studds one at a time like that.one is find out how much TQR is on the stock bolts then make sure you dont tighten the new ones past that point untill all of them are done then go from the center out a tighten them down to 140TQR and leave'em just like that..the last few HGs i did i tighten the stock bolts down to 140TQR and i dont worry about them,i had a set come loose when i tightened them down to specs! i stole the idea from a large Diesel mechanics shop in Columbus OH.

i would go ahead and pull the head and put new gaskets in. i done my dodge buy taking the head off but i had to pull the engine to do them and went ahead and done fire rings in the block
