Cheap mods to help out are lose the muffler, and the cat If your truck has one. Get a better intake. And invest in a programmer. If your not looking for big power and just want better fuel mileage look at the edge J/A. It comes with the gages and is priced decent. I am like you and just want a little extra power nothing crazy. And a few extra MPG. And it looks like the edge is the best deal for it.

well i already have a 4 inch flo pro exhaust that exits dual out the muffler. aem intake and van aaken smart box which is rated up to 110hp. i guess after that all you can do really is change the hard parts.

yeah a throttle body spacer is pointless/un-usable on a diesel

i also just ordered the boost increase valve 2 days ago should be here tomorrow and i ordered a boost fooler does anyone know if it helps with limp?

i have the edge j/a and it gave me mass amounts of power i would guess well over 100 extra horses it says more than that but i would guess around 110

hey DURAMAXISKILINIT does that kd boost valve work good. can you make 30 psi with it

I don't know about the kd boost valve but my ppe makes 30.

Installed a Helix Throttle Body Spacer on my lb7 about a month ago. It only lasted the weekend. Mileage went down over 2 MPG. All it was was a 1" piece of aluminum with a helix bore that inserted into the charge pipe. In my opinion it restricted the pipe and reduced air flow more than helping.
