I don't think anyone on here uses Bully Dog. Most people bash it, along with anything else they don't use.

I would just save up a little money and replace it with something better, that is still supported. The question is... what is better? If you ask that question on here, you're gonna get a lot of people claiming that whatever tuner they are using is the best, and you'll be no better off than you are now. Best thing to do is go to the track on whatever day they let street cars/trucks on the track, and see what the winners are using.

Pretty much, all of us agree that EFI Live is the best programming available.

If you're looking for a can type tuner... you'll have to research it on your own, and there are plenty of "knowledgeable" people on here to help you out there. There are also some on here that are actually helpful. You just have to sort through the guys that are BS'ing and the guys that are real... same as with any other forum.

Welcome to the forum by the way!

Thanks for the help, i'm not a fan of bully dog either, but the programmer came with the truck when i bought it, so it was free. Can you tune to de-fuel between shifts on efi live? and what does efi live usually run for price? Also any opinion on PPE standard?
