Kind of a dumb question, now that the milage is up, but when you changed to the 265s, did you reset the tire height in your computer? My programmer asks for this as an option before I get out. That will change those numbers quite a bit. That old geometry problem of circumference.
I want a copy of that spreadsheet. I write down every fill and it would be nice to capitolize on your Excel prowes.

Hey supper I saw the spread sheet and wanted to CRY
If that is because of the fuel economy, lets see some proof as to why. I hold no delusions when it comes to fuel economy, have seen too many "miracle motors" not do crap.
If its because of the fuel price, well, welcome to the club

PM me your email address and I'll shoot you a blank copy.
The reason I really like it is I set up a self calculating averages and totals page, takes all the data from the mileage page and figures everything for you. Be careful though, the "Total spent on fuel" section gets depressing sometimes.

One thing nobody has mentioned is brakes. Check your brakes and make sure you don't have a stuck caliper. It's happend to me before. But it also told me it was stuck by warping the rotor. And it was a PITA to get off!! If you got a caliper thats draggin, it'll pull your mpg's down a bit.
Another thing that gets a lot of people another 1 mpg or so is switchin to synthetic fluids. There's been tons of threads about it, but tons of people say that once they switched over all their fluids to syn, they gained about 1 mpg. Its not much, but it'd be piece of mind, and longer change intervals too, which save $$ in the long run.

Reason: clarity
i know this is going to sound wrong but all of us with ppe's run them on the highest setting! seems the higher you raise the setting the better it does on fuel (as long as you keep the right foot light) you might give it a try.
i noticed on mine ,when i changed to the 295/70 tire size , and use my programmer to correct the speedo, it set it way off, using my GPS @ 60mph the truck speedo read 56mph and when i programmed with my superchip ,it changed it to read 64 mph , which will make the DIC read real good on mileage..I changed it back, since it would be added excess mileage to the truck..
