Unhappy Duramax fuel problem

Hello, Need help to figure out what is going wrong with my 01 duramax. Here is the problem. I had the banks 6 gun w/ spead loader and thier 4" exhaust installed. The truck ran good but had a problem with shutting down while towing. It feels like the truck is running out of fuel it will slow down from freeway speeds to aprox 40mph then will kick back on. It will do this on all power level settings except stock. No trouble codes coming up, No more help from Banks, been dealing with this for years. Finally pissed off,I just bought an Edge juice with A2 monitor and tested out and im still having that problem. The fuel fillter has been replaced more times than i can remember.PLEASE HELP, THANKS

More info

How far do you drive before it comes back to life? How many miles on truck? That box shouldn't be enough to make it starve for fuel unless you have it on the floor.
My gut would tell me it's a fuel supply issue. If you are thinking that you want to buy a supply pump we have had good luck with the FASS units. They are a plethora of good options though.

Hello, thanks for replying. This truck is getting worse all the time it used to do this once in a while, now its doing this all the time. When i notice this truck shutting down I make sure programmer is in the stock position, and don't give it any throttle, then it will recover within 1/4 to 1/2 mile. After installing Edge Juice and A2 i can read transission slip when torque converter is locked.( only in 4th and 5th ) This could be the problem. My truck is getting checked out again at a Chevy Dealership today. Then tomorrow its off to get a stage 4 Transmission put in it. This truck has 74,800 miles on it.
200 more miles and (extended) warranty is over.

Transmission was slipping up to 31%. I just got back from getting the trans rebuilt down south (22 hour ordeal). I had the allison trans rebuilt to a stage 4 with suncoast 1057 converter.I also upgraded the stock pan to a larger stock pan from the (meduim duty trucks) it looks the same but holds aprox 4 to 5 quarts extra. It was only $65.00. I found one problem on the TCM wiring from the Banks kit I had installed, this wire had a short in it and was saying the converter was locked up when it wasn't, and it was giving the truck a couple of wierd codes that we got figured out after taliking to a Allison rep.The transmission works realy good. Now about 3/4 of the way back home the truck again starts to cut out, and throws a Over boost code P0234. I was driving about 75 with only about 6lbs of boost on a flat road. I have no motor mods to increase boost. Only juice, A2 monitor, and banks 4" exhaust.
