Oil Pump Replacement

Well, Im sure Henry will chime here in a bit and tell me I told you so. So I got the new motor in and did about 5 passes Saturday. Well yesterday I went to pull it in the garage and the low oil alarm came on. Pulled the sensor, replaced with working on. Same thing so I took a oil test gauge and guess what noooo oil pressure. So I know this is the Oil Pump. And I know the nuts back off on these LLY pumps.
My question is what is the easiest way to tackle this job. I need steps. Mitchell is just to much for me. Im trying to get back on the road Saturday as I have another couple runs to do. The dealer near me had the newer LBZ pump plus nut and gear and gave it to me for $278 because it sat on the shelf for so long. I just, I think the fron diff comes out then the front tower and it will be easy, no? I know someone has tackeled this so I shaull see. Thanks guys
Drew

it would be easier to pull the motor out since you have to pull the front cover off as well as the upper oil pan.

built motor, big turbos, built trans, etc all by me, parts from Elite Diesel
