Exclamation overheating problems

hey everyone, ive got an 04 lb7 with some bad overheating problems. first started out that when pulling a load it would heat up on an inlcine but cool on the flats. that started bout 5 years ago. now its so bad that if its hot out like during the summer, even empty not pulling a trailer if i boost to much it starts to over heat. my local dealership said this was a common problem (already had 2 injector racks replaced). anyone with any info to fix this problem please help. hoping upgrading the cooling system will help

Long chronic symptoms getting worse….With that age, Start with the basics; open up and clean the cooling stack up front. Next is inspect the Rad for corrosion and blockage (starts at the bottom and goes up) that would decrease the volume of cooling.
