Mine took about 5-10 minutes of my AIRDOG running Til it primed enough to start when I deleted mine.

I let it run 2 or 3 and just keeps dieing. Only place to get the air out now is the test port. Sure looks like I got all the air out. IDK this CR engine might be more particular than I'm used to.

I will let it run in the morning for longer. Right now I'm pulling the engine out of my brute force while my trucks out of the garage. Fun Fun

I would unhook the hose that you just hooked up and have someone in the cab to try and get most of their airout of the system.

No change let the air dog pump for 15m several times. Well actually its worse, yesterday it would run for a few minutes sputter then die. Now runs for 5sec then dies. I guess I need a pressure gauge for the test port, call pureflow or put the factory filter back on.

I know when I had TTS fuel pumps on my LBZ after I deleted the factory fuel filter assembly my truck would not run at all until I put the OEM filter head back on. Personally, I would put it back on as that fixed my issue.

How does the filter head being in place matter if it starts or not?
Mines been removed for months now. same with every one elses here.

To the OP check your hose routing and make sure it is not kinked when routing back.

Definitely no kink its a perfect radius, people plug off the WIF with no problem, I doubt the fuel heater has anything to do with it. I left a message with Kyle at pureflow, I will try him again tomorrow. Kennedy Diesel has a gauge for the test port for a 150 bucks and with the holiday I'm sure its a week out.

Been running for a year with the Air Dog without a hiccup. Now all I do is undo the two jesus clamps, unbolt the factory filter, add a piece of 1/2 hose and use two worm gear clamps and tighten them with a 5/16 nut driver, the only thing it could be is defective hose. I'm at a loss.
