OKay guys I have a 2004.5 LLY CC SB and it is originally a Canadian truck so I know it has a block heater.
I can't for the life of me find the cord to plug the heater in. Does anyone know where I might find it?
Thanks
Ian

Tiewrapped below the fuel filter, may have to look in between the frame and the right hand wheel well to see it. They hide it pretty good. I have never uesd mine and have not had a problem with it starting in the middle of winter when my "winter truck" is broke down and I have to drive the duramax.
we occasionally nail -40*C here how about there?

Mine is just hanging into the passenger fender well between the inner and frame, do most people just plug it in there or will the wire reach to clear the grill (prev owner has mine all retarded zip tied from hell, havent been able to play wit it yet)? Its already corroded pretty bad, seems like a bad spot for it (esp with the salt this state puts down).
