05 LLY timing cover seal

I am replacing the timing cover & crank seal. The question I have is how do I replace the metal sleeve that the seal rides on. Do I need to replace the sleeve, it shows no visible wear. Thanks for the help Rex:

you shouldn't have to replace the sleeve if there is no heavy wear mark
