Not running right!

Not running right at all. I was driving down the road and noticed that it did not seem to have the power that it normally does. I switch my tune to my tow tune, approx 80 horse, and tried that. It didn't make a bit of difference, in fact it didn't even smoke when it normally does. Its acts as if it is being held back, like a brake is on and it won't let it open up. Keep in mind we have had 10" of snow in the last 2 days and temps have been low. I have put additive in it and thought maybe my fuel filter was dirty. Today I put a new filter in it and it did not help it at all. It still runs fine, but like i said, it don't have the power like it did and it does not smoke hardly at all. The dsp5 seems to be working fine as well. Any suggestions?

I have also checked the air filter to see if I had sucked it full of snow and it was fine.

Its been anywhere from -10 to 30, but as far as that, it hasn't had a problem with the cold temps.

I actually did check the filter today, and it seemed to be ok. It is a K&N intake system. The filter was fine. I did kinda get stuck in some snow, and when I did it got alot of snow up undernieth the front of it (front axle area and above). I cleaned all of it out think something was getting plugged and that didn't help either.
