| Tie Rod Sleeve's
I am installing the Crank It Up Diesel tie rod sleeves and was wondering if anyone that put them on is using the lock nut with the set up too or just using tie rod sleeve as the lock nut for the tie rod? To me it looks like it would be better not to, and this way the tie rod is on there alot further and the sleeve still works as the lock nut.... But was seening what everyone is doing.... Thanks All

| I run my own sleeves all the time without the factory locknut. I have had no problems.

| Yea what would you guys recommend for the best tie rod sleave or better yet the best Heavy Duty tie rods.

| Tie rods are one of the weak links in the dmax front end. If you do 4x4 boosted launches they are prone to break and leave your tires pigeon toed. the braces strengthen the tie rods so that you can launch hard in 4WD. | |
